Hunter × Hunter (ハンター×ハンター pronounced "Hunter Hunter") is a manga by Yoshihiro Togashi about a 12-year-old boy named Gon Freecss (ゴン＝フリークス), and his quest to find his father, Ging Freecss. Ging is a Hunter, which in the setting of Hunter × Hunter means that he is a member of society's elite, with a license to go anywhere or do anything.
